The original garden had a heavier and darker appearance, with wooden decking in very intense tones and a layout that did not enhance light or the sense of spaciousness. The owners wanted to completely transform the atmosphere to create a brighter, more modern, and more pleasant garden that would convey calm and wellbeing.
The goal was to create an elegant and functional outdoor space where the pool would be better integrated into the overall design and every area would invite relaxation and enjoyment.
Before
The proposal focused on visually lightening the space through the use of lighter and more contemporary materials, improving the layout and creating different environments within the garden. A balanced combination of paving, vegetation, and relaxation areas was sought, resulting in a cleaner and more sophisticated aesthetic.
The pool became the central feature of the garden, surrounded by a brighter and more orderly setting that encourages rest and leisure.
The existing paving was replaced with light-toned outdoor porcelain, bringing brightness and a greater sense of space. The pool was integrated into the new design, creating a much more elegant and contemporary area.
Artificial grass was added to create a comfortable green space next to the pool, perfect for relaxing and for daily use of the garden.
At the rear, a chill-out area was designed under a pergola, with a vertical wooden slat enclosure that adds privacy and warmth to the whole space. The perimeter enclosures were also renewed with modern panels that reinforce the garden’s contemporary aesthetic.
The result is a completely transformed garden: a bright, orderly, and welcoming outdoor space that turns this small garden into a true private oasis to enjoy throughout the year.
